With such a warm climate it is no surprise that Andrews Sykes Climate Rental is asked to provide cooling for special functions. One such function was to provide cooling within a 30m x 30m x5m glass Majlis which was being used for the high wedding of a very high profile Emirati family.
The glass structure of the Majlis created higher heat loads than normal and in order to provide adequate cooling Andrews Sykes used two 100kw Chillers connected to six 50kw Air Handling Units to provide a cool atmosphere for the 200 guests in the bridal party.
Two 17kw PAC60 were deployed in addition to provide cooling for ancillary areas.
