Andrews Sykes Climate Rental was contracted as the cooling partner for the marquee tents at a prestigious event which recently was held in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The event was scheduled in its huge signature white tent also known as the Big Top, which was approximately 35 meters high, which is close to a 10-storey building. The show comprised of a grand performance with 41 exotic horses and 36 aerial and acrobatic performers from all over the world giving a tribute to Abu Dhabi’s history and divine culture of the emirate. The total area spread around 2440 square meters giving the horses and performers an ample space for moving around and performing.
The 30-day event attracted a lot of visitors from across the seven emirates of UAE and a wide audience throughout the world. Andrews Sykes Climate Rental provided the event with a complete bespoke solution comprising of three 700KW Chiller Units, Four High Performance Air Conditioners of 90KW each (HPAC90), eight portable air conditioner of 60kw each and three 660Kw Air Handling Units for an efficient spread of cool air all through the required area of cooling. These were effectively installed to cool down the Main Big Top Tent, The VIP Tents, The Hospitality Tents and the Stables.
A comprehensive duct work system along with flexible hoses was designed and installed throughout the tents to provide effortless and well-spread cooling to all attending the event.
