An existing air conditioning system breakdown required an emergency cooling support at a head office of a telecommunications company. The cooling was required due to the lengthy repair works going on which affected the server room.
Andrews Sykes Climate Rental provided an emergency chiller rental support to keep the important server online and ensure the day to day operations were able to continue without any interruptions.
The design and installation was done by our engineers over a period of two days. Our team kept in their mind the security and admission issues and also knew that the building was in use to ensure the installation is done timely and discretely.
A 100kW chiller unit and two units of the 50kW chillers were advised to the client for efficiently cooling the IT and server rooms and the other areas where cooling was necessary. The units were connected to their respective hoses and the fitting was done as such that there is no tripping hazard.
After a successful installation, Andrews Sykes Climate Rental was appreciated for their service and the quality of the equipment provided. The equipment was demobilized after the existing air conditioning system for the building was repaired and fully functioning. Our engineers ensured the units caused the least amount of disturbance to other activities going around.
