During summer and humid seasons in the UAE, it is really tough to work inside the building under construction due to soaring temperature and humidity. Hence, most civil contractors explore ways and measures to provide workers with a comfortable and safe work environment. Due to this demand, Andrews Sykes is called to provide 700kw Chiller & 660kw AHU not only to keep the workers comfortable and productive but also to keep away any damage to their internal fit-outs and joineries.
Central cooling system evenly distributes the air to more specific and sensitive areas. The project requires 27 degree Celsius to 29 degree Celsius with 55 to 60% RH, and with air cooled chiller and air handler we can maintain off-coil temperature of 15 degree Celsius. This is our most well-known system which is used basically for wild air application.
Our 700kw Chiller is one of the state of the art equipment that comes with VFD Screw compressor with 10 to 100% step control. Equally impressive is our 660kw AHU that comes with VFD motor which can be ramped up from 20Hz to 100Hz.
