The Chiller rental Sharjah team was called out by one of the largest soap detergent production companies for the process cooling as their production rate is decreasing due to the high temperature or heat generated by the friction between the soap and the rolls/screws.

Our team worked on the design and proposal of a suitable chiller that would provide a constant cooling for the soap roll and soap plodders to avoid damages on the product.

We did propose multiples of 100kw air cooled high ambient chiller to match the client specifications. Andrews Sykes is pleased to offer our Clients an emergency shutdown temporary chiller solution. We can provide 50kW, 100kW, 384kW or 700kW chillers at short notice. We also don’t require a crane which can often cause delays to the mobilization and demobilization processes.

This solution can be provided to any facility that is connected to the district cooling network or a centralised chiller system. We can also connect quickly to a heat exchanger for process applications.

An existing air conditioning system breakdown required an emergency cooling support at a head office of a telecommunications company. The cooling was required due to the lengthy repair works going on which affected the server room.
